Policy for Returns and Refunds

We promise that your experience with us will be hassle-free thanks to our refund and return policy.

Refunds

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date, returns are accepted.
  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

Refund Procedure

  • To begin a return, take the following actions:
  • To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, contact our customer care staff at support@autopiar.com
  • Pack the item securely in its original packing and include the RMA number or code provided by our team
  • Ship the goods to the address specified by our customer support team.
  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless it is due to our error.

Anti-Fraud Check

For security reasons, all refunds are subject to an anti-fraud examination.

This check may include verifying the initial purchase, reviewing the return history, and inspecting the returned items.    

Refunds

Once your return passes the anti-fraud check and is received and inspected

we will advise you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is granted, it will be processed and a credit applied to your original form of payment within a 15 of days

depending on your payment provider’s restrictions and processors.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for another one, please contact our customer service staff at support@autopiar.com.

We will assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items that show signs of wear or use.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care immediately.

We will work with you to quickly remedy the issue, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

International Returns

International returns may be subject to additional shipping expenses, customs fees, and taxes.

note that the cost of return shipping, as well as any additional customs duties or taxes 

will be the responsibility of the customer.

These fees will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
